Superior Interpreting

We have gained vast experience in simultaneous interpreting for conferences and business events due to being based in Atlanta, Georgia, which ranks 7th among the “Top Global Cities of the Future” (fDi Magazine) and is home to more than 1,200 multinational corporations. Over the last 20 years, we have handled conference interpreting for hundreds of major events in the Atlanta area alone.

Simultaneous interpreting is difficult and demands quick intelligence, a thorough knowledge of terminology in both the source and target languages, and great stamina. We send only our most qualified and capable interpreters to fill these assignments. Based on the type of interpreting required – whether simultaneous, whisper or consecutive – we also provide audio equipment (booths, audio transmitters and receivers, microphones and headsets) and technical support upon request.

Our Approach to Simultaneous

We work closely with event organizers to ensure goals are achieved.

Upon receiving a request, we will assign an internal team to oversee the event and to match the most appropriate interpreter or group of interpreters to the requested services. Once selected, the interpreters will be briefed about the meeting’s purpose, the topics of the speeches or events being interpreted and other important details so they can begin reviewing related terminology and background information. On the day of the event, a project manager will go to the site to oversee proper set-up of equipment and the interpreters.

Because many events often repeat annually or bi-annually, we are proud to say we have strong working associations with many longstanding conference clients.
